Mrs. Ernestine Mosley, the founder of Hi-Tech retired with over thirty years of experience as an instructor and public education administrator. Mrs. Holly Mosley Cooper, the new Executive Director, has over 25 years of experience working as a non-profit administrator and an entrepreneur.  Together, they made a powerful team working to supplement the education of Central Florida’s youth.  Whatever the reasons for the challenges, Hi-Tech Tutoring Center, Inc. serves as a life raft that is turning students and their families back to education.

Recently, we have added highly qualified and experienced educational consultants along with volunteers to make certain that the families we serve are getting excellent services.

HTTC was founded in 1991 by Ms. Ernestine Mosley. HTTC strives to instill the desire to learn and be motivated to achieve the highest possible levels of academic performance.
Mrs. Mosley has over thirty (30) years of experience as an instructor and public education administrator. Like most educators, she recognizes the heartbreaking, nationwide epidemic of educationally deficient, at-risk students who will not be able to incorporate the benefits of a quality education to enrich their lives.
HTTC serves as a life raft determined to assist students in education.
HTTC is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a service to at-risk students.
While HTTC’s primary focus is basic skills, the programs are designed to enhance the skill level of every enrolled student.  As a result, many of the students are working to improve reading and math skills.  In anticipation of college enrollment, some students classified as gifted are working to enhance entrance exam scores.
